Condiciones de eventos y política de cancelación

1. Scope & Applicability

These Event Ticket Terms & Cancellation Policy (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of tickets for all special events, set menus, seasonal menus, and curated dining experiences (each an “Event”) offered by Albarada (the “Restaurant”) operating under Sunset Hotel Barcelona SLU through its website or affiliated platforms.

Bookings are facilitated through third-party reservation and payment platforms. Such platforms act solely as booking and payment facilitators and are not the Event organizer. By purchasing a ticket, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase & Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific Event, date, time, and number of guests stated at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without the Restaurant’s prior written consent.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • A booking confirmation constitutes a binding contract between the guest and the Restaurant.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes raised in breach of these Terms shall be treated as invalid cancellation requests.

3. No Refunds / Guest Cancellation

  • All ticket purchases are final.
  • Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, including in cases of:
    • Change of personal circumstances
    • Travel disruption
    • Illness or no-show
    • Late arrival
  • Failure to attend the Event for any reason will result in forfeiture of the ticket price.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions or orders
  • Acts of God
  • Public health emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Security or safety concerns

In the event an Event is cancelled by the Restaurant due to force majeure:

  • The Restaurant may, at its discretion, offer a refund or credit equal to the ticket value.
  • No additional compensation shall be payable.

5. Event Modifications & Restaurant Cancellation

The Restaurant reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Event format, menu, timing, venue, or participating personnel where reasonably necessary.

If the Restaurant cancels an Event for reasons other than force majeure:

  • The guest’s sole remedy shall be a refund or credit of the ticket price, at the Restaurant’s discretion.
  • No liability shall arise for travel, accommodation, or any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Admission, Conduct & House Rules

  • The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests who fail to comply with house rules, dress code, age restrictions, or conduct standards.
  • No refund shall be issued in such circumstances.

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Guests are responsible for notifying the Restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to the Event. While reasonable efforts will be made, the Restaurant cannot guarantee accommodation of all requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Restaurant’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
  • The Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with the Restaurant’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for Event administration and payment processing purposes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and the courts of such jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.

11. Acceptance

By completing a ticket purchase, guests expressly confirm acceptance of these Terms at the time of payment.
